Scope of the Terms and Conditions
1. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) apply to the provision of services by SCS Projektentwicklungs GmbH & CO OG (hereinafter referred to as “the Hotel”) to hotel guests, event organizers, and other contractual partners (hereinafter referred to as “contractual partners”).
2. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the contracting party agrees to comply with their terms and conditions as well as all commercial law provisions and other applicable regulations.
3. For any matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006, as amended, shall apply in addition.
Conclusion of Contract, Prices, General Provisions
1. All reservations, changes, and cancellations must be made in writing.
2. All prices are listed in euros (€). Unless otherwise specified in individual cases, the prices quoted include all taxes and fees.
3. The hotel is authorized to provide the actual accommodation services at an equivalent hotel.
4. Please refer to your booking confirmation for the specific cancellation policy.
5. Liability for valuables is limited.
6. Lost and found items are held for 21 days.
7. Internet access is free of charge; we assume no liability for service interruptions.
8. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Banquets & Events
1. Rooms will be provided as agreed.
2. Decorations are permitted only with authorization.
3. Room assignments are subject to change.
4. No liability for technical malfunctions.
5. Access for government officials and hotel staff.
6. Outside contractors are permitted only with authorization.
7. Events must be appropriate for the level.
8. Advertising is permitted only with authorization.
9. Equipment must comply with the law.
10. Permits must be presented.
11. Notify customers of deliveries.
12. Food and drinks are permitted only with authorization.
13. Mandatory attendance.
14. Additional costs may apply.
15. The contracting party bears the risk.
16. No liability for accidents.
17. No liability for theft.
18. No liability for valuables.
19. The customer’s terms and conditions are excluded.
20. Claims must be filed within 6 months.
21. Disclosure requirements for sensitive events.
22. Disclosure of Data for the Purpose of Providing Services.
Resignation & Termination
1. The hotel is entitled to terminate the contractual relationship if certain conditions are met.
Place of Performance and Payment, Jurisdiction, Partial Invalidity
1. Place of performance: 2334 Vösendorf, Austria. Place of jurisdiction: Vienna.
2. Transfer of rights only with consent.
3. Changes must be made in writing.
4. Events are open only to business owners.
5. The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
