Scope of the Terms and Conditions
1. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "T&Cs") apply to the services provided by SCS Projektentwicklungs GmbH & CO OG (hereinafter referred to as the "Hotel") to hotel guests, event organizers, and other contractual partners (hereinafter referred to as "Contractual Partners").
2. By accepting these T&Cs, the Contractual Partner agrees to comply with their conditions and all commercial or other regulations.
3. For all provisions not covered by these T&Cs, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 as amended shall apply in addition.
Conclusion of Contract, Prices, General Provisions
1. All reservations, changes, and cancellations generally require written form.
2. All prices are stated in Euro (€). Unless otherwise specified in individual cases, the quoted prices include all taxes and duties.
3. The Hotel reserves the right to provide the actual accommodation service in an equivalent hotel establishment.
4. The specific cancellation conditions can be found in your booking confirmation.
5. Liability for valuables is limited.
6. Lost and found items are kept for 21 days.
7. Internet use is free of charge; no liability for outages.
8. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
Conferences, Incentives, Congresses, Banquets & Events
1. Rooms are provided as per agreement.
2. Decorations require prior approval.
3. Room changes are subject to availability.
4. We are not liable for technical malfunctions.
5. Access is granted to authorities and hotel staff.
6. External companies require prior approval.
7. Events must maintain an appropriate standard.
8. Advertising requires prior approval.
9. All equipment must comply with legal requirements.
10. All necessary permits must be presented.
11. Deliveries must be announced in advance.
12. Food and beverages are only permitted with approval.
13. Mandatory attendance applies.
14. Additional costs may apply.
15. The contracting party bears the risk.
16. We are not liable for accidents.
17. We are not liable for theft.
18. We are not liable for lost or stolen valuables.
19. The customer's general terms and conditions are excluded.
20. Claims must be made within 6 months.
21. Disclosure is required for sensitive events.
22. Data may be shared for service provision.
Cancellation & Termination
1. The hotel reserves the right to terminate the contract if certain conditions are met.
Place of Performance and Payment, Jurisdiction, Partial Invalidity
1. Place of performance: 2334 Vösendorf, Austria. Jurisdiction: Vienna.
2. Transfer of rights only with consent.
3. Changes only in writing.
4. Events are exclusively for businesses.
5. Partial invalidity does not affect other provisions.
